Kimberly Lighting’s Warranty

Kimberly Lighting has two commitments that are part of our company’s culture; they motivate us to do what we do every day.
  • We have a commitment to our customers;
  • We have a commitment to our product and services;

Because of these two commitments, we stand behind our products by providing an industry-first 50,000-Hour Warranty on Replacement and Labor for all Kimberly products we sell. Up to $60 per fixture labor credit for interior products, and $90 per fixture for exterior products

While some companies provide a warranty on defective parts, Kimberly Lighting’s Warranty extends to include labor as well.

This means our customers are completely covered by any unexpected expenses for the first 50,000 hours of our products.

A commitment to the long-life of the product

Kimberly Lighting, LLC warrants the Products it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 50,000 hours following the date of shipment from Seller.

If any of the warranted products are found to be defective by Seller, and such product will, at the Seller’s sole option and cost, be replaced or refunded to the Buyer. The parties expressly agree that Buyer’s sole & exclusive remedy against the Seller shall be for the replacement or refund of the defective Products as provided herein. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners, or otherwise.

Seller’s warranty does not apply to any Products that have been subjected to any mishandling, misapplication, or improper use of voltage that exceeds the voltage recommended on the fixture(s) in question.

Committed to our products and services

At Kimberly Lighting, LLC’s request, Buyer will send F.O.B. destination any assumed parts or products deemed defective along with Proof of Purchase to Kimberly Lighting, LLC or contact the showroom product was purchased from.
